Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at help@clipandwag.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for assistance with exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue.
